Description

(Abdominal Back Spine + Bums) is a medium intensity strength workout where the exercises are aimed at working with the abdominal muscles, strengthening the back muscles, correcting posture and include blocks of exercises for the gluteal muscles.
The direction involves the use of various fitness equipment (step platforms, rubber bands, dumbbells of different weights, bodybuilders).

Results

Thanks to a properly developed system and training scheme, as well as systematic, exercises will help improve muscle tone, develop coordination and endurance, lose weight, strengthen the muscles of the back, torso, abs and buttocks.
