A safe programme without high-impact exercise, which allows stretching and strengthening main muscle groups, also targeted at smaller and weaker muscles.
The method of Pilates focuses on mind and body cooperation when exercising. Pilates training is accompanied by the concentration on breathing rhythm, the correctness of doing the exercise and the understanding of what impact each exercise has on a certain muscle group. Pilates strengthens the abdominal muscles, improves balance and coordination, reduces stress. Pilates exercises are safe and suit all ages.
